2003 High School Communications Contest Winners
Ten high school students
were recognized at the NDPC conference June 6, 2003. NDPC collaborated
with the Northern Interscholastic Press Association (NIPA) to
help sponsor the high school communications contest. The winning
entries in nine categories were forwarded to the National Federation
of Press Women's high school contest.
