Communicators, it’s our time to shine! Entries are now being accepted for the 2024 NDPC Communications Contest! This is an excellent opportunity to share your top-notch work created in 2023 and get some public recognition for your hard work. State award winners will be announced in May. All first-place winners will advance to the NFPW National Communications Contest. Winners at the national level will be announced in June during the 2024 NFPW Communications Conference in St. Louis, Missouri.

The contest is open to writers, authors, copy editors, public affairs professionals, photographers, publishers, graphic designers, and others in the communications field. Check out the list of categories.  

Deadlines:
Early Bird Deadline is January 17, 2024
Book Final Deadline is January 31, 2024
Final Deadline for all other entries is February 7, 2024

Fees:
Entries submitted before January 17: $25 for first entry, $5 for each additional entry.

Entries submitted after January 18: $50 for first entry, $5 for each additional entry.

Eligibility:
All work must have been created or published in 2023 to be eligible. According to NDPC bylaws, you must have a NFPW membership to enter the Communications Contest.
