Justin Data heads up the project management office for the state of North Dakota’s Information Technology Department. He has been in the project management field for 23 years, with the last 16 spent at the state. Before his government gig, Justin managed projects in the publishing, finance, and consulting fields. He is “PMP” (Project Management Professional), a certified Change Management Practitioner, a Certified Scrum Master, and has an M.S. in Management.
