Join us at the Bank of North Dakota (BND) on Tuesday, Feb. 11, at noon as BND Communications and Marketing Manager Janel Schmitz shares their unique approach to improving employee engagement in a hybrid environment! Their toolbox includes Special Reports, coffee breaks, the “A Better Way” initiative and tips for effective all-employee meetings.

Janel Schmitz has been the communications and marketing manager at the Bank of North Dakota since 2011. Before that, she was the executive director of several non-profit organizations. She and her phenomenal staff of four coordinate all the internal and external communications for the Bank, including written communication, videography, photography, graphic design and media buys.
