Pam Hopkins – Vice President of Marketing and Communications
Pam Hopkins brings more than three decades of healthcare communications and marketing experience to Trinity Health. She oversees the development and implementation of marketing initiatives and communication strategies for th
e organization. A native of Underwood and graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead, Pam provides invaluable insight into the Midwest healthcare region. Prior to joining Trinity Health, she worked for 17 years as the Executive Director of Marketing for a regional healthcare system. Since moving to Minot, Pam joined the Visit Minot Board of Directors and was inducted into the Minot Air Force Base Honorary Commander Program. Pam is a graduate of the Community Leadership Institute through the Minot Area Chamber EDC.
Kathleen White – Community Education Supervisor
With 26 years of experience in healthcare marketing, including 16 at Trinity Health, Kathleen White leads community outreach efforts by coordinating Trinity Health’s presence at major events such as the North Dakota State Fair, Norsk Høstfest and local health fairs. She also strengthens school partnerships by overseeing the Healthcare Exploring Program and serving on the advisory committee for Minot Public Schools’ health careers track. Kathleen contributes to community safety and wellness through board roles with the Northern Plains Children’s Advocacy Center, Crime Stoppers, National Night Out, Safe Communities and the Sertoma Club of Minot. She is also a Minot Area Chamber EDC Ambassador.
Dusty Zimmerman – Director of Trinity Health Foundation and Marketing
Dusty Zimmerman oversees various programs administered by Trinity Health Foundation to improve the health and wellness of area residents. She also le
ads initiatives to promote innovative healthcare solutions, fosters the financial stewardship of donors and leads events that integrate Trinity into the community. A notable contribution led by Dusty was raising $15 million in capital for the construction of Trinity Health’s new Healthcare Campus and Medical District. Dusty also serves as the Trinity Health Marketing Director, where she helps oversee and strategize the organization’s marketing efforts to align with Trinity’s vision, mission and values.

Sean Williams – Communication & Media Strategist
Sean Williams supports Trinity Health’s communication efforts by developing clear and engaging messaging for patients, caregivers and the broader community. He manages content across digital platforms, publications and media channels to promote awareness of healthcare services and highlight the organization’s commitment to the region. Prior to joining Trinity Health, Sean was the Sports Editor at the Minot Daily News, where he led local sports coverage and partnered with community organizations to share impactful stories.
