Please join the Fargo-Moorhead Professional Communicators at 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday, February 25, at the Radisson Blu. Brenda Richman, with Moorhead Area Public Schools, will be talking about Burnout & Boundaries: Surviving and Thriving in 24/7 Communication Roles.
Burnout, boundary challenges, and overwhelm are becoming the norm in 24/7 communication roles—but they don’t have to be. This session equips communication professionals with practical strategies to manage overwhelm, set healthy boundaries, and protect the energy needed for creativity, clarity, and impact. Participants will explore how proactive wellness and intentional boundaries can move you beyond survival mode and toward sustainable excellence—allowing you to thrive at work while continuing to make a meaningful difference in your organizations and communities.
We will gather in a private dining room at the Radisson Blu's 84 Steakhouse. Lunch orders will be taken at 11:45 a.m. with the guest speaker presenting at noon.
